Now and then there is a possibility that you are going to get a negative response from one of your e-mails you have sent out. Whether it is from a broadcast or an Autoresponder e-mail, there are a couple of things you can do.

The worst thing you can do is let it get to you. Don’t ponder on it; take action.

If you think there is some legitimacy to the “complaint.” Then a response that addresses the situation is appropriate.

If it is just someone with a chip on their shoulder or a “tire kicker.” Then there is an easy way out. Most likely, the perpetrator has just hit “reply” to your e-mail. All you have to do is scroll down the e-mail and hit “unsubscribe” for them.

There you go, off your list, and never to give you grief again.

How’s that feel? Pretty good, hey?
